2. Early life: Abandoned by his parents at age 3.
Raised in a poor area where few even had plumbing.
Working hard to achieve better circumstances became his passion.
He was always the “A” student, became a star athlete and political debater in the seventh grade.

3. By high school he was the guy who knew everyone and was in everything including:
a record holding athlete and team captain;
the lead in the school plays;
National Honor Society;
the elected Boy’s State representative,
student council president and Most Likely to Succeed (and like a novel, his girlfriend was a cheerleader and homecoming queen).

4. College and Early Career:
His two degree college days and early career in Architecture were similar.
In his twenties he was working on major projects across the country, negotiating with politicians, and teaching grad students in Architecture at Ohio State about business.
Still in his twenties, he secured the largest architectural commission awarded in America one year.
In a national search, Tim was selected by a prominent Architecture and Planning firm to be groomed as the successor to the primary partner.
Along the way, he founded a charity gathering for the arts that became a tradition in Columbus and has raised more than $20,000,000.

5. Avocation & Politics
He joined Young Republicans and became a board member and at the request of the Mayor, did counseling for a couple of GOP candidates.
His avocation was doing commercials and voice overs; he has done hundreds including the voicing for President Ronald Reagan’s second campaign for the RNC.

6. Business Interest:
Due to his early interest in IT, he later decided to start his own medical software company.
He began his software company with a loan against his house and within five years, he became a millionaire, still in his thirties.
After he grew that company to a nationwide presence he sold it to a holding company of seventeen entities and went on its board, and invested and helped create others, including one that is a household name.

7. Hobbies Continued:
Tim became a host of a national cable television show, did a movie that starred John Goodman, and had a political talk show, “The Tim Horn Show” on KKNT in Phoenix.
His YouTube conservative commentaries have achieved almost 2,000,000 views.
He has a book on Amazon, “Ruling the Elite”, which many say is outstandingly prescient; it details the struggle between ordinary citizens and the American Elites and how to fix it.

8. Current Activities:
He is a Republican PC, a Precinct Captain, a State Committeeman, and First Vice Chair of LD23 (Largest LD in Arizona).
He was a representative at the past Arizona State Convention, was in the AZ delegation to the National Convention, worked in the Trump camp welcoming committee and drove in the motorcades.
He has spent the past 15 months speaking across the state in opposition to the National Popular Vote (NPV).
He has been a surrogate speaker in the primary elections and also wrote and recorded robocalls for GOP candidates across the state.
