4. Christians are Heirs of God

5. One becomes a child of God by a new birth

6. God’s children are heirs of God
15 For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.” 16 The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God,

9. It Means Salvation
5 who are kept by the power of God through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

10. It Means Salvation
There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.”

11. It Means Salvation
eternal life to those who by patient continuance in doing good seek for glory, honor, and immortality;

12. The inheritance will be incorruptible
4 to an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and that does not fade away, reserved in heaven for you,

13. The inheritance will be incorruptible
23 having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever,

14. The inheritance will be incorruptible
Sell what you have and give alms; provide yourselves money bags which do not grow old, a treasure in the heavens that does not fail, where no thief approaches nor moth destroys.

15. The inheritance will be Undefiled
27 But there shall by no means enter it anything that defiles, or causes an abomination or a lie, but only those who are written in the Lamb's Book of Life.

16. This inheritance is reserved in Heaven for God’s people.

18. Hope based on the resurrection of Christ from the Dead
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

20. The inheritance is “guarded”

21. Add Christian graces and insure inheritance
5 But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, 6 to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, 7 to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love. 8 For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 For he who lacks these things is shortsighted, even to blindness, and has forgotten that he was cleansed from his old sins.

10 Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble; 11 for so an entrance will be supplied to you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
