2. Writer’s Warm-Up: 15 minutes
Imagine your parents sit you down and tell you they want to go on a family trip. The trick is, your dad wants to go to one place (make it up) and your mom wants to go somewhere else (also, make this up). You have the ability to see multiple futures. So you have the ability to see what it would be like to go on your dad’s destination and then on your mom’s destination of choice. Map/write out your two choices. Which one would you ultimately choose? Why?

Addie has to make a choice between living with her mom or living with her dad. The catch is that her dad wants to live in the Norm world, and her mom wants to live in the Compound.
