One staircase leads to the first floor where you will find a large bedroom with fireplace and a magnificent view over the valley. A study that can be used as an additional bedroom and bathroom with toilet. The second staircase leads to a large landing used as living space, bathroom with toilet and four bedrooms. It comprises two family suites (two connecting bedrooms, bathroom, toilet) and a double en-suite bedroom. The 6th guest bedroom, with toilet and shower room, is across the quad, on the first floor (access by stone staircase), above a storage room. There are other outbuildings opening on the quad. They are used for storage and one of them contains a bread oven. From the outside, a stone staircase leads down to a superb arched cellar from the 12th century. There is a barn with boxes and several other rooms, a former stable, lean-to attached to the large gite, shelters, large garage attached to the main house and other buildings called “petits toits” and the cellar. Around the buildings is a garden with trees, flowers and 12 m x 6 m swimming pool surrounded by a terrace. There are also meadows, thickets and plots of farming land.

12 Gites The large gite is detached with its own private garden. It is composed of two vast bedrooms, a large living-room with a fitted kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. The small gite is a detached house with a living-room with a wood burning stove, a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with toilet.

13 Apartments The small apartment is attached to the main house and has a bedroom, living-room with kitchenette, bathroom and a toilet. The large apartment is also attached to the main house and where the stunning rib point of the old chapel, perfectly preserved, can be admired.
