Last lesson we identified the different ways that physical preparation can influence the risk of injury. What were the different ways? This lesson we will be starting to look at other intrinsic factors that can influence the risk of injury and specifically how individual variables can increase/reduce the risk of injury.

10 PE and Sport Faculty Create 5 questions from today’s lesson on your whiteboard. You have 5 minutes to do this. You will then ask your partner to answer the 5 questions without using any of their notes from today’s lesson. Give them a mark out of 5 for their answers.
