Denoument/Final Outcome
The denoument is the opposite of the exposition. Remaining plot threads are tied up. The reader learns how the characters will deal with what has happened to them.

Conflict Internal: a mental or emotional struggle that occurs within a character External: a struggle that occurs between a character and outside forces, which could be another character or the environment

Types of Characters Dynamic: the character goes through an internal change because of the action of the plot Static: a character whose personality does not change throughout the events in the story’s plot
