Eat well and spend less By making a few simple change you could be saving money when serving up healthy meals. If you add some tinned beans, peas or lentils to the mince you will make it go further. If you put extra mash on top of a shepherds pie this will fill you up and cost less.

By putting lots of veg into a chicken stir fry you will have lots of goodness and it will make the chicken go further. You could use chicken thighs instead of chicken breast when making a curry or other recipe and this will save money.
