Click NEW to start your first Administrative Assessment report.
Click here to reopen a draft report that you have already begun. To view draft reports: Locate your draft report and click “Edit Draft”.

Format your text as you wish. Enter a mission statement. Either click Save & Exit or Save & Continue

Goals Enter a succinct “Goal Title”.
The order you enter the goals will be the order they appear on the final report. Enter a goal description Add as many goals as you need. If deleting a goal, check the upper left check-box for the goal to be deleted and click the “Delete Goals” button.

Outcomes Enter succinct “Outcome Title”
The order you enter outcomes will be the order they appear on the final report. Enter an outcome description. Add as many outcomes as you need.

After clicking “Add Outcomes”, simply choose the relevant goal.

Key Performance Indicator
Enter “KPI Title” The order you enter outcomes will be the order they appear on the final report. Enter KPI description. Add as many KPIs as you need.

Collect & Interpret Data
Enter summary information about how data was collected and interpreted. There should be one CID per outcome.

Continuous Improvements
Enter a summary description of how the assessment results will be used to improve the assessment area. List the assessment area’s yearly achievements.

Review & Submit A PDF preview will be generated. Review carefully before submitting assessment. When edits are complete, click the submit button for official submission.

Completed Reviews To view your completed assessment, simply click the PDF button in the far-right area.
