We absolutely love our new classroom! If you haven’t stopped in to check it out yet, I have posted pictures on the classroom Facebook page. I created this page for all of us to share pictures, to ask questions if needed, as another line of communication, or to get to know the other parents. I will also occasionally post pictures from activities throughout our day. Monthly Attendance Report
News We would like to give a big welcome to our newest student in our morning class, Amberlee. In February, parents who have younger children ages 3 or 4 or if know of a parent with kids ages 3 and 4, keep an eye out for Role Model Applications. The applications will be due March 1st and we will hold role model tryouts the week after spring break. Lions Quest Lesson Birthdays We introduced a listening light for the classroom. Red light means stop moving and talking. Yellow light means look at the person talking. Green light means listen to the person talking to hear and follow the directions. Read each night and earn a Book It for a free personal pan pizza from Pizza Hut! Bryan – January 25th Monthly Goal Sheets You may have noticed the monthly goal sheets have been removed from your child’s folder. I have chosen to add them to the newsletters. That way parent’s can work with their child on them at home. That way my focus can be on teaching the standards and monitoring their progress on those standards.
