1. Using the ASME Financial Manager
The ASME Financial Manager is the tool used to see the financial activities going on in your Unit Custodial Accounts.
This access has currently been given to the Division Chair, Treasurer, Group Leader, Staff Managers and Administrators of your Unit.
You will be taken through the steps of signing on and generating a report.

2. Once you receive access to the custodial account you can go to the financial reports website and sign in.
Please use the address on your ASME record

3. Enter your personal password that you created for the members only site. Your password is not your membership number or an ASME generated number.

4. Department Detail Inquiry
An error may occur at this time if Crystal Report Viewer software isn’t available on the computer. The message would say to Install ActiveX Controls. If this happens and you are on a computer system that doesn’t allow downloads you will not be able to generate the report.
Signing into the financial manager correctly will take you to the Department Detail Inquiry report for the custodial accounts. You will only have access to your unit accounts. Highlight the account you want to see and then click on generate report.

5. Review of Statement of Revenue and Expense
Generating the report will take you to the Statement of Revenue page for the account. Once here you can click on any of the blue linked dollar amounts to see details

6. Detailed Transaction Page
They can see all of the transactions made on this account. At the top of the screen you can got from page 1 to 2 etc. .

7. Detailed Transaction Page
The detailed transaction page enables you to:
Print your report
Export your financial statement into other file formats (excel,word,adobe) by clicking on the envelope icon on the top of the page.
Save your document
