79 Suggested standards to follow when using and entering data at the DCC
1. Date and time stamp all comments and indicate what changes were done. This is your only record of changes on the DCC! 2. Give clear repeater location descriptions and access requirements. 3. Only use common abbreviations. 4. Decide on time format when setting time in DCC -GMT, Local, or Other time format Examples of data that will effect sorting are: a. Site name b. Property ID c. Building Names (Bldg 3, Bldg 03, Building 3) d. Phone formats (303) , , etc. Be aware of data that effects sorting & BE CONSISTANT
