2. Since I moved to Dayton, people have told me that the University of Dayton is a strong dividing line in the region. They particularly claim that real estate south of UD is much more expensive than that from north of campus
Is this perception- or reality?

3. In the attached data set, I have used the website Zillow to collect data on real estate north and south of the University of Dayton campus. I selected the first 25 homes that were at least 3 bedroom single family homes for sale (not in foreclosure- red, not blue)
