Use, Interpretation and Application
Self report, 54 items, 15 minutes. Use all or select specific sub sections Scoring - High scores Psychosocial adjustment and Satisfaction with prosthesis are positive Activity restriction are negative Reassessment demonstrates changes which can assist with: Informal goal setting Appropriate referral Discharge
