Use spoon to mix together peanut butter, brown sugar, and confectioners sugar. Mix in crushed pretzels. In a small bowl microwave chocolate chips until melted. Use fingers to form small balls from mixture. Transfer ball to melted chocolate. Set truffle on wax paper. Sprinkle tops with sea salt. Let sit for few hours.
