5. Campus Relations Goals
Continue the collaborative efforts with campus partners and build on the successes to date, specifically with development to increase engagement and programming key markets.
Increase revenue for the OAA through corporate affinity partners and the Bobcat Store through streamlined processes and continued pricing analysis to maximize resources and sales.
Proceed with the liaison model for regional campuses to capitalize on momentum of those partnerships and increase quality programming for students and alumni.
Continue the expansion of our diversity programming through society expansion, purposely introducing these groups within key markets as OAA and divisional strategy allows.
Remain a highly successful and industry known student alumni organization – through SAB, BobcaThon and general student programming.

6. External Relations Goals
Maximize on successes and deploy stronger integration by identifying, cultivating and analyzing stakeholders to continue building broad-based programming and media strategies for our volunteer groups (chapters, societies, networks, liaisons), our stewardship programs and our various signature initiatives (On The Green Weekend, Homecoming, Black Alumni Reunion, and our athletic partnerships).
Realize a greater return on investment while systematically driving home the impact of the above initiatives and OHIO via diverse and effective communication vehicles.
