1 How do I find my Association’s participation rate?
Go to Reporting>Custom Report List, and select NAR – Local Board Performance. Make sure the Level says Local. If you are a Local Association, select your Local Association. Leave the remainder of the page blank, and click “Run Report” * ** * If you are from California, Colorado or Washington, change the Source field to Voluntary ** If you are from North Carolina, check the box that says “Exclude In-Kinds”

2 Your participation rate is in the “Participation” column
Your participation rate is in the “Participation” column. This is calculated by dividing the “Participants*” column by the “Members” column. You can also see how much your Association has raised by looking at the “Contributed” column. * “Participants” are defined as any member who has given $15 or more. $ %
