This course takes you on a trip around the world in 15 weeks. The journey seeks to provide you with a broad overview of the realms and regions of the world, by examining physical, economic, social, and political characteristics.
In addition, you will get an in-depth look to some places and investigate current issues and events across the globe. These topics are ranging from the refugee crisis in Europe, drug trafficking in Latin America, coltan mining in the DRC, deforestation of palm oil plantations in Indonesia, to religious conflicts in the Middle East.
