Takes some laudanum for the pain
Reads for awhile:
"Here the Khan Kubla commanded a palace to be built, and a stately garden thereunto. And thus ten miles of fertile ground were inclosed with a wall.“
Dreams he sees this grand Mongolian dynastic palace and writes a poem about it (several hundred lines)
Wakes up; immediately begins writing down every detail of the vivid dream – poem within a poem #Inception
Interrupted by some d-bag for whatever reason
As is the way with dreams (and dreams within dreams?), when he gets back an hour later, it’s now a vague recollection
