Checkout is a training method which: Allows the mentor and disciple to know what “Mastery” is Gives the disciple opportunity to practice skills in simulated and practical situations as well as providing immediate feedback from the mentor, focused on improvement

3 Purpose of Checkout A To help the disciple strive for “mastery” in ministry B To help the disciple reach the level of ability necessary to be considered adequately trained. C To help prepare the disciple to be a mentor of others
