Your presentation is all about YOU telling YOUR story. The key content to cover should include: OVERVIEW - the background of your organization can provide useful context, however, should be limited to a single slide SITUATION – where did you start and what problems needed to be solved? What was your situation from a business, team or technical perspective? ACTIONS - what decisions did you make, what actions did you take, and what complications did you encounter along the way? RESULTS - what results did you achieve, have you quantified them, and what impact have they had on the wider business? Covering the SITUATION provides delegates with important context, but it’s the ACTIONS and RESULTS that are most invaluable.
