Now that we have the basic elements of the program established (refinements made, web and print vendors selected), we can focus more intentionally on how to employ this process in your ministry.

11 Step-by-Step Plan Next Phase of Unity Identity Program
Focusing on Employing In Your Ministry Created a Start-to-Finish Logical Plan That Is Finite and Doable Start your ministry on a solid ground Equip those who are key players in the process Starting with the most outward-facing to the more inward facing communication elements Kisten Focus more intentionally on how to employ this process in your ministry. In order to help you walk through the process of launching your new identity, we have created a start-to-finish logical plan that is finite and doable. (Don’t we all love doable.) Reorganization of all of the concepts to where they flow for ministries to employ with ease. This gradual plan will start your ministry on a solid ground, equip those who are key players in the process and complete a logical, step-by-step process to evolve the new look and feel into all aspects of your ministry. We have looked at the various areas of a ministry and prioritized them from the most outward-facing to the more inward facing communication elements. This allows you to focus on welcoming those outside of your ministry then gently transition your look and feel for those elements within your ministry. We hold that this plan also allows your ministry to pace your change and set clear, achievable priorities.

On the slide is our schedule for the next 17 months, it was also ed to you earlier this week from Kristen. Our one-hour format for our calls will include: Opening with a video or song to set sacred space. I hope this will be something that you can use in your ministry. Please share ideas and resources if you have them (They will begin a few minutes before the hour, ending at the top of the hour) General Updates from the home office, as short as possible (15-30 minutes) Focused Topic Discussion see the topics below (30-40 minutes) Bring your questions, suggestions, and insights to share with your peers around the country who are walking through this process in their ministry. (Simply put, together we’re stronger and wiser, share what you know and learn from one another … and let’s have some fun!) Questions and Discussion Do you have a branding team? Who are they? Who is the champion of the team? Kristen Do you have a branding team? Raise Hands (Doing it alone story, Debbie) Who are they? Board members, office staff or those involved in your PowerPoint, newsletter, bulletins, press releases, graphic layout, outreach, young adults? Has your board changed since your ministry joined branding? Was that board member on the branding team? Have they been replaced? Who is the champion of the team? It may or may not be a good idea not to have the minister to be the champion.
