Salary (VP of HR) offered, and you verbally accepted a decent career-focused job with B-CAP Bank Corp., Chicago The offer was for $50K with full benefits, and a signing bonus check of $5k to be directly deposited into your account immediately upon their receipt of your acceptance to their ed offer letter. This afternoon you received a surprise and AMAZING offer from your other top-choice company, Windfall Technologies. Your final interview was with the President, Ms. Sarah Richly; you were totally impressed and committed to WT, in Austin, TX. In fact, in your enthusiasm and excitement, you said you’d accept any reasonable offer they would make because this is your dream job. Ms. Richly extended the offer via and gave you two days to respond.
