RESILIENCE IS... having the ability to deal with what life throws your way.

Think about this: Struggle is inevitable! Suffering is not.

RESILIENCE IS... self-advocacy, self-reliance, and self-awareness.

RESILIENCE IS... not giving up even if sometimes you have to give in.

RESILIENCE IS... adapting to new circumstances.

RESILIENCE IS... getting back up after being knocked down.

RESILIENCE IS... being okay with not always being okay.

What “mountains” have they climbed? -When have you shown true grit? -What kinds of events have been stressful for you? -How are you impacted/affected by stress? -What strategies do you use to manage stressful situations or experiences? -Who do you reach out to for support in working through tough times?
