3. Assign Search Committee Members

Search and see if individuals you want are already Users in OAT. If so, you’ll be prompted to add them to the committee and designate one or more as chair(s) of the committee. See definitions of Search Committee Members and Chair.
Enter last name of Search Committee Member to be added. Click on Search.

4. Assign Search Committee Members
Create Posting:

Add Member. If you want to make the Member the Committee Chair, click on the box next to Make Member the Committee Chair. Click Save.

5. Assign Search Committee Members
Create Posting:
Assign Search Committee Members
If not already a User, complete section below. A system-generated will then be sent to Human Resources to add that individual(s) to the committee to allow the individual(s) access to the Posting to review and to evaluate applicants. If a college employee, the Username should be their MySTLCC ID (see below). Click Submit. Note: non-college employees can be added, also.
