Subgroups In choosing subgroups, we tried to capture in essence the primary demographics who would be able to use their unique backgrounds to make predictions about the future. To do this, we selected three subgroups to represent the many facets and breadth of perspectives. The subgroups are 1. American Adults 2. Asian Born Adults living in U.S. 3. American(ized) youth

Questions American school children are, on average, in school for less time than some of the nations it competes with. More school, less school, or just right? What is the most significant factor in why nations are successful? Which country do you think values education and hard work the most? Does America have any weaknesses that might cause it to lose status as global leader? If so, what are they? In the context of globalization, would you be willing to take a job in a foreign country? Given that the success of many developing nations comes at great environmental costs, should America foster economic regulations as a way to progress, or allow for unbridled industry in order to compete with other nations How happy are you with living in America right now, in terms of the political, economic, and social situation? Which country is most likely to be the reigning superpower in 15 years?
