6 Preparation is Key! Use the Flash Cards to Prepare for the interview questions Rehearse interview with a friend Tape yourself and view the tape to constructively criticize yourself Be careful of posture & body language Know how to get there & get there early, about 15- 20 minutes before interview time Stillwater Central High School CEIP Program

Careful with this one, the employer wants to know how you would handle conflict How would you handle it? Dont overreact with emotion and anger! Be cool and confidently mention to the second supervisor that you were asked by the first to complete a task and then youd be more than happy to complete second task, shows maturity and respect
