What is Open Access Publishing?
Allows free access to and distribution of published online materials Researchers make their work “open” by either Depositing their work in a subject-based or institutional repository Publishing in open access journals Benefit is that researchers in less resourced institutions, practitioners in the field and the general public can share research findings
