The Rules Instructions for Meal Planning Groups

2 Group Rules Each participant will be assigned to a group
Each group will choose a team leader Each group will plan a meal for the number of people in their group for a maximum of $25.00 Every member of the group must be active Every group must consider their meal from the parameter of the grocery store (no canned food/no boxed food)

3 Meal Rules Each group will have prepared food from the following three kitchen areas: Countertop: Raw/Salad (be creative) Stovetop: Meat/vegetable/complex carb (choose one) Oven: Meat/vegetable/complex carb (choose one) Each group will consider the taste of foods such as: Sweet Bitter Salty Sour

4 Assignment Rules Each group member will have a minimum of three assignments Shopping assignment and Cooking Table Setup Clean-Up
