The Process Ticor Global Solutions REO Title and Settlement Services offers a team of professionals with a proven track record through our work with some of the largest REO companies in the country. Our qualified REO Title Officers review purchase agreement terms, verify proper vesting, order conveyance documents, and examine all title matters such as liens, association dues, attorney fines, and statutes with a sense of urgency and decision making. Once curative issues have been resolved and the transaction is clear to close, a Ticor REO Specialist will coordinate a convenient date, time, and location for all parties. They will also assist our team of expert REO Escrow Officers in preparing the final settlement figures and documentation necessary to provide a smooth and professional closing for every transaction.
