Clinical case 50 years old male with Usher´s syndrome Emergency room
Disconfort Right eye. Physical examination reveals bilateral anterior uveitis. Topic treatment is established START OF UVEITIS PROTOCOL

RX CT Bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy
Paratracheal, subcarinal and precarinal limphadenopathy + subpleural micronodules

Other explorations BAL CD4/CD8 coeficient was 5.
Calcium was normal in both orine and blood tests. Pulmonary function test and microbiology test was normal. According with classification, this patient was diagnosed with “Presumed ocular sarcoidosis”, Sarcoidosis grade I.
