Welcome: Good morning I’m Heidi the Director of DLMSO. It’s my pleasure to welcome all of you. We’re very excited to be able to offer you this class this today. I want to complement each of you for taking the time out of your busy schedules to learn about the DLMS. I’m very pleased to see several members of the OSD staff here as the work we all do is interdependent.
Our Goal: We have no expectation that you will be DLMS experts by the end of the day. If that were the case you wouldn’t need us anymore. However, we do hope that at the end of the day you have an appreciation for:
