If paying a sub and absent regular employees pay account is to be used along with the sub object code. Use option “A” and fill in the object codes to be used on this screen. A sub for ID is need for option “A”.

14. Transfer the DEDTOT file out of USPS. Open Excel, go to File, then Open. Look for the DEDTOT file. You may need to switch the file extension to “all files (*.*) to see the DEDTOT file. Use the Text Import Wizard to format.
