Implemented Benefits Gateway to help handle call volume Mailed healthy reminders to members who had gaps in care and encouraged them to engage with a nurse telephonically Health Cost Estimator+ pricing transparency solution allowed employees to shop around for care and compare prices Employees found that relatives, even those who live far away, could also use the benefit – giving them peace of mind Help overturning an air ambulance bill saved thousands Results: Over 10,000 interactions – 2:1 3,800+ hours spent helping members $780K in total savings annually
