Find ways in daily life to burn more calories
This week we are going to explore the minor changes we can make to increase daily expenditure through non-exercise. For the course of this week I need you to park further away from were you are going, take the stairs, instead of the elevator, go window shopping at the mall, take a walk to decompress from your day, etc. FIND WAYS EVERYDAY TO BURN EXTRA CALORIES.

Lesson Report to me what non-exercise changes you made to your normal routines and how many more calories you burned this week compared to the previous 8 weeks. How many more pounds of weight loss will occur if you make these changes permanent (52 weeks in a year)? Send these answer to me via . Remember to submit your excel reports.
