Look to see if any of the companies currently are approved to work in Texas Operations. Done before sending out any bid packages. Contact potential bidders to complete safety pre-qualification form on Houston Area Safety Council XNET database. When complete, company needs to grant access to EPC contact and Dow. Potential Bidders identified Dow or EPC Check Texas Operations (TXO) Site access Database Dow If current safety data: meets acceptable criteria, no further work is needed. does not meet acceptable criteria, follow normal safety review process starting at “A”. Dow In addition to meeting the safety criteria, a signed hold harmless agreement must be in place in order for company access to be granted to Texas Operations. Request Hold Harmless to be signed Must Include: Substance Abuse Policy Written Safety and Health Program OSHA 300 logs for previous 3 years EMR data for previous 3 years Bidder Bidders Input Safety Data in HASC XNET Dow or EPC Pre-Qual safety data reviewed Contractor HSE Manager pulls the data from XNET and completes safety review. Companies with high OSHA recordable rates increase probability of injuries. Will require more field safety oversight at the job sight. Process is important in achieving the Gulfstream safety goal.
