How will you know how your child is doing?
We are using the band system to record and track progress. We record their progress using ‘Target Tracker’ – the statements relate to the learning objectives taught and are in line with the National Curriculum. We review these regularly and use this information to carefully track your child’s progress. Regular assessment for learning throughout the sessions which can then be recovered in Pre/Post Teaching.
5
Marking Over the course of the last year we have been trialing a variety of approaches with a particular emphasis on immediate feedback and marking during lessons. This is something we will be developing over this academic year and which we will share with pupils and parents in due course.
