2. Jerry Uelsmann Life Uelsmann was born in Detroit Michigan.
Date of Birth June 11, 1934
Still alive today lives in Florida
Jerry used the dark room method on taking all his photos.
Jerry was interested in photography since the age of 14.
After attending public school Jerry went to Rochester Institute of Technology, he earned a BA from Rochester Institute of Technology , later on he earned a M.S. and M.F.A from The Indiana university after receiving his degrees he started teaching at the university of Florida in Later on in 1967 Jerry had his first exhibit at The Museum of Modern Art. Jerry is now retired from teaching and currently lives in Gainesville, Florida.
Jerry’s best known photos are – Dream Theater, Apocalypses II, Magritte’s Touchstone, Poet’s House, Small woods where I met myself, and many more some are untitled.
In my opinion Jerry’s photo’s could have some impact on society depending on how people view his photos some may like them but some people may have a bad point of view towards them.

6. Personal Reflection
My personal reflection on Jerry would be that I really like his photographs, to me it seems like he tried telling a story for every photo he’s taken, I find his photos to be very deep and so creative, he makes up his own art making it look very good and different from everyone else’s. His technique of the dark room is very creative and unique and In my opinion he deserved receiving his own art exhibit for all his art and hard work.
