Where are we as a Region? Take a look back at what happened from (Free Membership). How can we achieve those numbers now? Recognize large, medium, and small chapters; their potential for recruitment and retention; highlight strengths and weaknesses of each chapter Share ideas around the room for recruitment and retention.

Survey of Region 3 Goal Mapping
Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, Tennessee, the Caribbean, and South America Domestic Membership total as of May 29th: 3,425 96% of the way to our July 31st goal of 3,567 members Active Chapters: 35 Collegiate 13 NSBE Jr. 13 Professional Chapters

Survey of Region 3 Goal Mapping
Challenge: each chapter to increase the chapter membership by 5%, which will in turn undoubtedly help the Region hit the goal of: contributing to a National Domestic membership increase of 5% in the academic year Activity: each Membership Chair; calculate what a 5% increase in this number would be for your respective chapter break down how many members you would need to acquire and RETAIN from August 1 of 2015 to February 28 of 2016 (to brag at Convention). (Current Membership * 0.05) / (7 month period) = Monthly membership target goal

Zone Relations Time to break out into groups to discuss chapter dynamic and share ideas. If group is small, can all collaborate at once. This is a time for less talking by REB and more by CEB. Will have gone into more depth during individual functionals.
