2. At Northumbrian Water Group our vision is to be the national leader and we are really close to achieving this vision, with industry leading results in many key performance areas.
We are focussed on delivering for customers in the areas of:-
Customer Service – ensuring customers receive outstanding service every time they engage with NWG – no matter where, when and how
Sewer flooding – looking to take over 1000 properties off the DG5 register and planning significant investment over the coming review period
We are proud to serve our customers in the north east and south east of England and we are committed to delivering great service, putting our customers at the heart of everything we do.
