Commercial business Freeholder of the site Receives ground rents Negotiates lease extensions Abacona Investments Limited Volunteers, non-profit Controls service charge instead of the freeholder Manages and controls services received by the park (e.g. Lifts, gardens, general maintenance, building insurance, etc) Right To Manage Companies Works for RTM Co’s to collect service charge, maintain accounts and organise some services. Emergency point of contact if reps are unavailable. Also collects ground rent for Abacona Investments and is a point of contact for them. Pennycuick & Collins Volunteers, non-profit Point of contact for individual residents to flag issues and areas of concerns 1 represenative for each court. Provides input into activities of the RTM Co’s Manages separate small budget for minor/cosmetic improvements to the park Residents Association The RTM Directors Wendy Ankrett, Pauline Carter, David James, Joel Griffin, Nicola Griffin, Stuart Haines and Mark Matthews
