1. Students will be required to register with DUO according to the following schedule: Students with last names beginning with A - F: 9am on 10/24/2018 G - M: 9am on 11/07/2018 N - Z: 9am on 11/14/2018
Starting October 24th, students will be prompted to register their mobile devices with DUO when attempting to access TAMU-CC systems, such as , Blackboard, and SAIL.

2. Access to systems can always be granted by the IT Service Desk.

Students can log in using a passcode, either generated by DUO, sent via SMS, or provided by IT Service Desk.
Students can also generate a new batch of 10 passcodes to be texted to their phone by selecting the “Enter a Passcode” option and choosing “Text me new codes”.
Access to systems can always be granted by the IT Service Desk.
Call or visit the Ask Us Desk in Bell Library or IT Service Desk in CCH 205.
Students will get a login request sent to their mobile device prompting them to authenticate by selecting Approve or Deny.
