Bundle & Save How can customers on a 24 month contract get Bundle & Save? They must move to an in-market plan. Can you proactively let customers know about Bundle & Save? Absolutely! Use Bundle & Save as a tool to sell, reduce churn or just promote loyalty. Will T&Cs be updated to mention Bundle & Save? Yes. Plan T&Cs will be online and updated by 28 November 2018. Is there a flag Online that tells a customer if they are eligible for Bundle & Save? Not from launch. You’ll need to confirm if the customer meets the eligibility criteria yourself. Please make sure your customers consider bundling discounts against plan inclusions to determine what is the best deal for them. IBO TRAINING USE ONLY. NOT TO BE SHOWN TO CUSTOMERS.

15 New discount versus current discount
When will you need to request the new discount? It is only when your customer is currently receiving the old Additional services with 10% discount. They will not automatically have the new discount applied. We recommend these customers upgrade their service(s), where eligible, via your Storefront. Alternatively customers can request a plan change (BUT not an upgrade so you can retain your points) to receive the new bundle discount via Vodafone Customer Care.

16 Scenario 1 Customer has 1 service and is adding a 2nd (total 2 services):
Customer does not have an existing MAF* discount offer Customer does have an existing MAF discount offer Customer will receive 5% off MAF on both services Customer will receive 5% off MAF on both services and keep the MAF discount on their existing service *MAF = Monthly access fee IBO TRAINING USE ONLY. 17 Scenario 2 Customer has 2 services and they’re adding a 3rd (total 3 services). They’re currently receiving the 10% off 2nd service offer: Customer does not have an existing MAF discount offer Customer does have an existing MAF discount offer Bundle & save offer (10% off all 3 services) will replace the current 10% off 2nd service offer Bundle & save offer (10% off all 3 services) will replace the current 10% off 2nd service offer. 18 Scenario 3 Customer has 2 services and they’re upgrading/changing plans on one of them. They’re currently receiving the 10% off 2nd service offer: Customer does not have an existing MAF discount offer Customer does have an existing MAF discount offer Bundle & save offer (5% off both services) will replace the current 10% off 2nd service offer. Bundle & save offer (5% off both services) will replace the current 10% off 2nd service offer.
