2. At the customer’s end
Customer clicks on the updated Mega cabs app

3. Customer does app registration to start enjoying the App features: - quick booking - track my cab - check history rides - support (call us, lost & found, feedback) - tariff - auto payment via paytm wallet

4. Registration process: Fill in the details as shown.

5. Registration process: Step2 Enter the OTP to verify the registered mobile number.

6. For quick booking: Customer adds pick & drop with desired “Ride now” or “Ride later” option.

7. For quick booking (contd.):
After adding drop location, press continue to confirm the booking.
A promo code to be added if available.

8. “Ride now” or “Ride later”

9. Ride details: - It shows the booking status as Pending, cab assigned or as completed.

10. For history rides: Detailed status for past rides can be checked here.

11. Ride details: On clicking the specific booking the entire ride detail can be checked (ref.-snapshot).

12. Introduction: Link Paytm wallet

13. Process: Paytm wallet payment:
On click of My Wallet, it will redirect to two different screens based of user logged in with PaytTM or not

14. On click of Add Paytm Wallet, this screen will appear which will accept users mobile number for registration

15. This screen will be appeared once the customer submits the mobile number.
He then needs to enter the OTP

16. Once the registration with Paytm is successful, server will redirect him to this screen
with the amount.

17. If user is already logged in, ref. screen will flash with the balance-
on click of My Wallet.

18. On clicking of Add Money, user will be redirected to next screen.

19. On clicking of Add Money user will be redirected to Paytm gateway with the option to choose the bank from list of banks and add money to
Wallet .

20. Adding money to paytm wallet: Customer is given choice of various payment options from where he can add/ transfer money to his wallet.

21. Money transfer from credit card.
