Would it be possible for the network to contact the publishers and provide the information to them of the amount of schools (and students) who could use ES books in English?
Would the Oulu-model be possible? (School pays for the books to be translated, still buys the same amount of Finnish books)  if only starting with e-material / teacher’s material?
