4. DOCUMENTATION •
The temperature downloads must be delivered to the port office, by the Shipping Line, at least 6 working day hours before ETD.

Shipping Lines must make sure the temperature downloads are within the Protocol before they present it to PPECB. •
Downloads can not be mail to PPECB. •
The exporter and or agent must collect and sign for their documents at the relevant PPECB port office. •
