In addition to Field Certification, OTD has developed a Post Assessment for PMs Who: PMs Identified by PXs When: As needed What: Discovery followed by individualized training plan Why: the purpose of two fold Provide operations- focused training based on need Identify training and process gaps Confidential Information – Property of Power Design

PM Post Assessment Process: 1 PX Requests Post Assessment & OTD sends feedback form 2 OTD Completes Project Discovery 3 OTD Meets with PX & PM to develop Training Plan 4 OTD delivers Training 5 OTD holds post training meeting with PX 6 OTD surveys the PX at 90 days to determine if more training is needed REACH OUT TO TRAINING FOR MORE INFORMATION! Reminder: Mobile Distribution Units
BEST PRACTICE: Make temporary power mobile using PDI’s MDU (Mobile Distribution Unit) WHY: The mobile board can be easily transferred to different locations when needed, allowing for an easier temp power installation as the job progresses Use MDU drawing to have the rack fabricated locally Order from the PDI approved vendor and have shipped to your job Drawing is dimensioned for Square D transformer and panels Properly ground MDU NOTE: For more information visit Best Practices > Temp Power > Page 4 Confidential Information – Property of Power Design

Accounts Payable (AP) Tips for AP Holds AP NEVER needs a Copy of the PO attached to the comments Keep AP holds comments short and sweet Credits are identified by the words ‘Credit Memo’ Don't use quotation marks (“ ”)in AP Hold comments For ‘Over Billing’ holds, use the Overbilled Report in OBIEE Holds to Ignore: Line Variance Hold Total Of Invoice Lines Does Not Equal The Invoice Amount AP Forms AP forms have been updated Make sure to access the most up-to-date form from the PM Website Resource Index!
