10. Reminder: Mobile Distribution Units
BEST PRACTICE: Make temporary power mobile using PDI’s MDU (Mobile Distribution Unit)
WHY: The mobile board can be easily transferred to different locations when needed, allowing for an easier temp power installation as the job progresses
Use MDU drawing to have the rack fabricated locally
Order from the PDI approved vendor and have shipped to your job
Drawing is dimensioned for Square D transformer and panels Properly ground MDU

AP NEVER needs a Copy of the PO attached to the comments
Keep AP holds comments short and sweet
Credits are identified by the words ‘Credit Memo’
Don't use quotation marks (“ ”)in AP Hold comments 
For ‘Over Billing’ holds, use the Overbilled Report in OBIEE
Holds to Ignore:
Line Variance Hold
Total Of Invoice Lines Does Not Equal The Invoice Amount
