2 BIBC REQUIREMENTS In the interest of all employers and employees, Council has instituted a system to provide all employees with a B.I.B.C. PHOTO REGISTRATION/IDENTITY CARD. 3 Description A Plastic credit-type card with a magnetic strip containing the members personal information: A Plastic credit-type card with a magnetic strip containing the members personal information: –Member Number, Initials & Surname & ID Number –The front of the card will display the logo of the BIBC and a colour picture of the member and the above mentioned personal information.
