How to avoid them! Have you heard about this journal before?
Is the publisher clearly stated? Can you contact the publisher? Is the journal´s content indexed in the major databases? Can you recognize any editorial members*? Is the cost (APC) clearly indicated? Is the publisher member of any publishing industry organization or similar?
