Different ways to Measure
What are the two ways of measuring for accuracy? A. Standard measuring cups and spoons What we use B. Weighing Restaurants, Professional Kitchens

Types of Measuring Cups
Types are DRY and LIQUID The difference is that Liquid has a pouring spout and multiple measurements. Dry and liquid ingredients are measured differently It is important to measure correctly to enhance the quality of your food product

Liquid Ingredients: Include: milk, water, oil, juices, food colorings, and extracts Use Liquid Measuring Cup!

Dry Ingredients: Include: sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices Use dry measuring CUPS Brown sugar should always be packed into the measuring cup Only use measuring SPOONS for small dry ingredient amounts
