5 Aim To enhance the proficiency of port facility security staff in monitoring of activities in the port facility.

6 Objectives Security staff required to notice the suspicious vehicle within the required time as stated in the PFSP. Security staff required to handle the suspicious vehicle according to procedures in the PFSP.

7 Desired outcomes Security staff will be able to: Notice security violations by vehicles within the port facility. Apply the proper procedures for conducting checks on suspicious vehicles. Deter unauthorized parking of vehicles in the port facility

11 Scenario Separatists have vowed to disrupt operations in the Port Facility. The modus operandi is to, with the help of sympathizers in the port facility, get a car bomb into the port facility to destroy key facility.

13 Controller Tasks The driver is to comply with all procedures to obtain passes for personnel and vehicles to enter the Port Facility. Carry appropriate identification to exchange for a Port Facility pass so as to gain entry. To park outside a Restricted Area, next to a key installation inside the Restricted Area. Park next to a “No Parking” signboard if possible

16 Safety Physical safety of personnel is paramount
There is to be no physical contact between player and controllers acting as intruders, etc. Security staff are not to use abusive language when talking to controllers acting as “intruders” Do not neglect the safety of equipment
